Thread: SIP Trunk Outage |

The message "not enough credit" may be caused by the callshop application within PBXes PRO. Since you are no more using PBXes PRO you should move extension 1000 to a different extension number to avoid the message.

A very long inbound call caused that. We deleted it from your Call Monitor.

Your account was taken down because Paypal reported an unauthorized use of the Paypal account associated to it. This issue needs to be resolved before your account can be enabled again.

Thread: Can Not Logon with my phones |

Look into your PBXes' System Log. Searching for "received" you will find your attempts to register for solverglobal-301 and our test for solverglobal-202. This should help configuring your extensions.

Yes, sure you can publish the other SIP server's logs. However, I thought you had this issue with PBXes.
What about the calls mentioned 34 and 46 seconds long? They were sent over VPN. You said all calls were disconnected after a few seconds. This seems to be an exception to your statement.
When disconnected, do you get an error message or just Sipdroid's red call card as if the other party hung up normally?

As you also observe disconnects from "*43", this is not related to audio bypass.
From looking at your Call Monitor you made some longer calls over VPN:
2010-08-18 05:05:57 1 *43 67.231. 245.210 from-internal-cont Hangup 00:00:34
2010-08-18 05:05:56 1 *43 67.231. 245.210 ext-par2 Hangup (00:00:34)
2010-08-18 05:04:53 1 *43 67.231. 245.210 from-internal-cont Hangup 00:00:46
2010-08-18 05:04:52 1 *43 67.231. 245.210 ext-par2 Hangup (00:00:46)
34 and 46 seconds.
Is this issue occurring randomly, sometimes forced disconnect, sometimes stable?
The subject of your request indicates that the issue is VPN only, or do you have the forced disconnects on non-VPN connections, too?

Start with the PBXes built-in echo test first.
This can be reached by dialing "*43". It should work over VPN. It would be interesting to know if the same issue also occurs when connecting to VPN over 3G instead of your local WLAN.
If our echo test works, but the trunk's does not check if you can reach it without VPN, or from other extensions, or even dialing other destinations.
Reason for such failure might be enabling "audio bypass" which does not work over PBXes' VPN service.

Thread: Call an URL on Phone Event |

There already is an option for calling external URLs upon arrival of incoming calls. This is described here.
The caller id is passed as the first parameter, followed by "&n=", and the destination (the extension that was called).

Thread: Voicemail on web browser |

This is described in HELP section.
There is web login for extensions that allows you to check voicemail. Instead of the account name you enter account name "-" extensions number, and the voicemail PIN as password.

Thread: Yearly subscription for PBXes Pro? |
|
|
No, PBXes PRO is only available as a monthly plan.
Reasons are the higher totals for PBXes PRO, and the difficulties with Paypal when terminating yearly subscriptions before end of paid terms.

During recovery your two accounts accidentally got mixed up. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Only after cacaushow resetted his account, skyslabo was able to reset the other.
We have discovered how this could happen, and resolved the issue.
